Exercises of stretching for legs and pelvis that improve the behaviour.
it's better to do this exercises two time per week ( for a total of 30-45 minutes for each one).
Exercice 1 :
on a table or a bed, stick together yours feet as on the picture, stay as this few minutes, that will stretch your muscles of your hips ( in red ) and move slowly the pelvis and the vertebral bones in good position, after few minutes i have sensation of parallel legs,

Exercice 2 :
On the table, up one leg, and the opposite arm stay as this 30 seconds, and change with opposite leg/arm, i think that the cerebellum store information of the movement unconsciously.
2-5 minutes
Exercice 3 :
Put a balloon between legs and up one leg do this slowly and wait get up few seconds , the position of arms are not important, that will stretch ankle muscles.
2-5 minutes
Exercice 4 :
Do not this if you are fatigued that create lot of sweat, up your pelvis and one leg on the specific table or on the bed with hard pillow for head and ankle.
