I have met a french girl patient.

She is 20. Her hormonal problems modify her weight : between 32 and 50kg.

The problem comes from surenal glands and from the thyroid.

She has a sort of "tube" near stomach.

In case of lack of food, she possesses a pocket near the stomach.

Without these system she can died.
